Pizza Margherita (and ideas for modifications)

Warm a pancake pan (minimum diameter 24 cm) for about one minute. Place our original Italian pizza base – Classica Italiana - on the pan. Set the hob to a medium heat - the bottom should be brown lightly but you should avoid burning it.

GRISSINI with creamy tofu and dried tomatoes

Blend together all of the ingredients, then add some chopped chive and stir the mixture together. Place this into the fridge for about half an hour. Serve it in a bowl as a dip. This goes particularly well with our GRISSINI bread sticks.

TIRAMISU with SAVOIARDI ladyfingers

Place the sugar and egg yolks in a large bowl. Beat them together until the mixture is light and smooth. Then add the mascarpone cheese and half of the pre-prepared Masala wine. Beat everything once again well until combined.
